Differential: This White Port from the prestigious house Vasques de Carvalho, aged in small barrels, is the result of a unique blend that gave rise to a harmonious, seductive and truly captivating wine. It stands out for its power and for revealing remarkable richness and elegance on the palate, supported by firm acidity and excellent structure. Crafted from a blend including the varieties Malvasia Fina, Moscatel Galego, Touriga Nacional, Gouveio, Rabigato and Viosinho.
Contents: 75cl (20% vol.) bottle with a beautiful golden-yellow color. On the nose, it reveals all its charm through rich notes of honey, complemented by touches of nuts and spices.
How to take: On the palate, it unveils nuances of vanilla, high-quality oak and licorice, finishing with a long and smooth aftertaste. It can be served chilled, neat, or with a slice of lemon and tonic water for a sophisticated Port Tonic.
Harmonization: Excellent as a refined welcome aperitif, pairing beautifully with savory starters such as roasted nuts, medium-aged cheeses, convent-style desserts or fruit tarts.
