Single malt whisky - Switzerland (Neuchâtel)
Differential: Aged in small barrels of 56 liters of ex-cognac, which allows an intense interaction with the wood and a faster and deeper maturation.
Content: 70cl (47% vol) bottle handcrafted in Saint-Blaise, reflecting the unique character of the Swiss terroir by Lake Loclat.
How to take: It should be enjoyed pure or with a drop of mineral water to open the complex aromas and the intensity conferred by the aging method.
Harmonization: Excellent to accompany dark chocolate with high percentage of cocoa, roasted nuts or a medium body cigar.
