Following a careful yet intense vinification in traditional lagares (fouloirs), it captures in the bottle the full essence of the terroir and the potential required by this prestigious category, revealing a classic and unforgettable Vintage that embodies the spirit of a great Baixo Corgo wine.
Contents: 75cl (20.5% vol.) bottle with a deep violet color. On the nose, it remains somewhat reserved aromatically, yet already unveils ripe fruit notes, hints of cocoa and subtle toasted aromas.
How to take: On the palate, it reveals notes of black fruits, plums, a certain rusticity and dryness, supported by excellent acidity and a firm tannic structure. This blend (assemblage) naturally calls for bottle aging and extended rest over time.
