Differential: Vasques de Carvalho crafted this White Reserve Port from its finest stocks, aged for an average of eight years in traditional 550-liter oak casks before bottling. This blend showcases the full versatility of the White Port style, resulting in an intense wine, rich in aromas and capable of delivering truly memorable sensations.
Contents: 75cl bottle (19.8% vol.), produced from the Códega de Larinho, Rabigato and Malvasia Fina grape varieties. It displays a golden-yellow color. The nose stands out for its beautifully evolved oak character, revealing floral and citrus aromas, notes of lavender, toasted vanilla and dried fruits.
How to take: On the palate, it offers remarkable freshness and vibrancy, supported by a fine and well-defined acidity. It evolves into notes of toast and peaches in syrup, showing excellent balance between volume and sweetness, culminating in a long and elegant finish.
Harmonization: Perfect as a refined aperitif or paired with egg-based desserts, fruit tarts and nut pastries that complement its toasted complexity.
