Born from the robustness of Bairrada’s iconic wines of the 90s, this brandy is the result of a rigorous selection with ideal sensory characteristics. Distilled with the dominance of discontinuous copper alembics, its essence rested for more than two decades in Portuguese oak and Allier oak pipes. The result is a sublime drink, where the passage of time in the old family cellar has polished every detail, reflecting perfection in every drop.
