Born from the robustness of the classic wines of Bairrada from the 1990s, a meticulous selection has allowed for the creation of a batch with ideal physicochemical and organoleptic characteristics, dominated by the Baga variety. The freshness of the wine has been harnessed, and careful distillation has been undertaken in a discontinuous copper still, allowing for the centuries-old chemical fusion between copper and distillation.
