Differential: Born from the desire to push boundaries, this distinctive wine from No Rules Wines incorporates innovative winemaking techniques through fermentation and aging in clay amphorae. A bold and original project designed to highlight the unique relationship between granite soils and clay vessels, expressing the terroir of Dão in a pure, authentic and unconventional way.
Contents: White wine from the 2022 vintage (13% vol.), produced from old vines using a blend of indigenous grape varieties. It displays a brilliant golden-yellow color and a complex aromatic profile marked by notes of honey, candied orange peel and baked apple.
How to take: On the palate, it reveals remarkable tension, depth and breadth. Its vibrant acidity is beautifully balanced by a textured structure and a long, engaging finish, creating a wine of great character and sophistication.
